The finishes are solid and precise, and the final product is far superior to brick. The sheetcrete wall strength consistently surpasses 25 Mpa, in comparison to 4 to 10 Mpa achieved with brick walls. This type of wall system is only available in the Johannesburg area.

Depending on your budget, location of building site and specifications, we may use other alternative wall building systems that may be better suited for your project. These include but are not limited to, lightweight steel frame buildings with magnesium oxide board cladding, polystyrene block wall systems and light-weight concrete panel systems.

Systems like our lightweight steel frame building, are far superior to any other system when it comes to insulating and acoustic properties. So a lot more eco-friendly. All prices reflected on this website are based on the lightweight steel frame construction method.

Besides the strong structural walls, we also like to use the best interior solutions, such as glass, granite or quartz bathroom and kitchen tops and seamless acrylic floors that add to the minimalist look and feel of some of our more up-market designs.
