Investors
A well designed house or building in the right location is worth its weight in gold. It is a tangible and real investment, not to mention an appreciating one. If you have spare capital to invest, talk to us so that together with land owners and other interested parties we can realize the existence of more of these magnificent structures, designed by the most innovative architects in the country.
We're open to the discussions with "serious" investors about our plans for the local and export market. We have a unique concept that is ready to go to market.
Right now we have the following opportunity in Tete, Mozambique.
OASIS MIXED AMENITY ESTATE, TETE - MOZAMBIQUE
Tete is one of the fastest growing towns in Africa due to the rich coal basin found in the region. It is situated on the banks of the mighty Zambezi river in northern Mozambique.

WHY TETE?
Most of the top coal mining companies are already represented in the region. Vale from Brazil and Rio Tinto from UK have started production and are expected to start exporting at max capacity by 2012. Over 5 billon dollars is being invested over the next 10 years.
As a result, people are flooding to this modern day “gold-rush” town. Artisans, businessmen, mine contractors, farmers and many others are looking for opportunities...all these people need an affordable yet comfortable accommodation, something that is currently in very short supply in Tete. This will remain the situation, as land in Tete is at a premium as most of it is already owned by the mines. As a result, 500 sqm stands without any services, are currently selling for US$ 40 000.
The town is sorely lacking in entertainment and recreation activities, and most expatriate mine workers are forced to go back home every four to six weeks or to Cahora Bassa for the weekend. This results in money being spent outside Tete.
We will be creating a state-of-the art mixed amenity estate comprising residential units , semi-commercial units, business centre and offices, hotels, conference centre, swimming pools, golf driving range, gymnasium, restaurants, walking tracks and riverside marina.
This property development will be totally unique in Mozambique, and potential investors should visit Tete to see for themselves what is happening there.
